You have "advanced critique encouraged" listed, so I'll add my only nitpick: Watson's eye. Nothing else about the image has the connotation of "anime," which makes his expression seem really out of place. Maybe make the eye arch somewhat lower and more naturally, so it's not an obvious "anime" eye, you know? I like the fern, though, that's a nice touch.
